Couldn't agree with you more Cory.

 I've always felt this was a much overlooked concept. We have a dealer in our group that also feels the same you do. The result; all five of the F&I managers in the store have been promoted from the ranks. Added up,  the total years of experience they bring to the job equals 76 years! None of them have ever worked at another dealership. The average tenure of the sales staff is over 10 years.
