Marsh, excellent instructional video. When training salespeople we teach them the value of tracking and monitoring their progress. We instruct them on the importance of altering their direction to get the desired results. Sales managers must provide the proper guidance for their team by measuring the activities. You cannot manage results, just activities. Manage the activities, and the results will follow. You MUST measure what you intned to manage, inspect what you expect, and let everyone know the score.
