Mike...thanks for your friend request.  I watched some of your animated videos and thought they were very creative.  I will certainly recommend you to my dealer clients.

I am a dealer consultant and performance coach.  I work with all dealers and brands however have a specific expertise with high-touch dealerships.  High-touch dealerships are not limited to the brand of car, but are those dealerships who have high expectations for how they engage customers at their dealerships.  And I am not talking just about fancy waiting rooms and expensive brands... am talking about dealers who truly want to excel at client engagement.  We all know that clients who are engaged to the dealership spend more money, are more loyal and refer more of their friends...and that certainly is good for business.  However another direct impact of having a high-touch, fully engaged dealer culture is that is way better to work there, people make more money and keep working there longer.  And what dealership doesn't want high performing, long-term employees (verses low performing-long term employees).  We offer full blown recruiting campaigns, highly effective training and coaching programs that help everyone on the team achieve more.

So...that's my function.  If you have dealers as clients who are looking to take their business to the next level and do it in a way that is high touch and fully engaged...let me know.

Again...thanks for reaching out.  Stay connected.
