Thanks Brian...U R RIGHT!!!  I have always said the one thing that I do not like about our business is the fact that we REWARD MEDIOCRITY....and that's a shame...If we all stopped doing that we would create a better culture!!!

All true Jeff. Love your enthusiasm. This business needs to catch it.  Man ,you have got to do one about having a well-defined culture at the dealership. This can be as simple as "everyday the sun rises in the east-and we train". Or it can be as intriguing as "question the status quo- why be in the 7 car club?" Successful salespeople are normal people who buy into vision process and procedures that allow themselves and the dealership to win.

Keep up the good work-too much mediocrity in this business!
