The difference between traditional media and social media is that traditional media is all about the marketing of the business, while social media is all about the marketing of the people of the business. That’s why it’s so very important to allow people to get to know the real you. It’s okay to be personal, you don’t have to all business, all the time.

I totally agree Bobby! Social media is but an ingredient in the dealerships overall marketing arsenal. If used the right way, in conjunction with tradition media, social media can have a tremendous effect on the overall reputation of the dealership.
