Great question Stan, I still believe we have the right to sell or not sell any products we want.  I think any dealer who continues or starts to sell all their products at this ridiculous pricing structure and allows Truecar to control their trades etc will find themselves not very profitable and eliminate themselves from the market.

What about when TrueCar starts controlling these profits (trade, back end, etc...)?  What can you say about that?
