Consultant Needed - Automotive Aftermarket
Home Based Office - International manufacturer of brake components seeking to expand presence in North American market - $5K salary / per month (3-4 month assignment) + expenses

- Demonstrated leadership and business development in the aftermarket at the retail, buying group and 3 step levels
- Proven track record encompassing comprehensive business and operations leadership including P&L, proformas and lending parameters responsibility
- Progressive success in defining and exceeding sales objectives and budgets in a quota driven environment
- Marketing, advertising and media communication expertise
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Perform comprehensive consulting to CEO for a 90-120 day period
- Construct business plan to promote the penetration of product offerings into US, Canada and Mexico
- Conduct market research to include competitive analysis, customer identification and product mix
- Develop the economics for market including size, growth projections and potential obstacles
- Identify all aspects relating to product services including delivery, warranty, contracts & refunds
- Design a financial model for first 48 months with P&L, cash-flow, projected balance sheet & break-even calculation
- Develop operational plan including locations, equipment, personnel, processes and legal matters
- Interface with CEO and other C-level management
- Transition to full-time, direct hire, may exist
- Travel as needed
