The position is a GM role to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest holding companies in the Region. (UAE) This particular company is the second largest company within the group's automotive division and house a collection of blue chip automotive sector suppliers. They are the service and parts side of the business. The company hosts various automotive brands including one of the worlds most prestigious and luxury brands.
The company operates across the whole UAE with regional offices in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Selling through both own retail and dealer networks. The company also houses a well known parts brand which is a renowned name globally.
Due to expansion and implementation of a restructured operation they are looking for a strong experienced general manager who understands the Automotive Parts and Service business.
The requirement of the position is to take this strong and established company to the next level by exploiting the available synergies, between the different brands and also leverage the sales channels to drive turnover and profit.
Skills experience
My client is looking for an experienced GM who has at least 10-15 years experience of working within the automotive industry.
You will have experience and a proven track record of delivering results, and working within a commercial and market leading environment.
