The issue here is do you do anything differently before the write-up on a transaction where the customer is leasing?

Leasing vs, Buying all comes down to clarity. The final offer should always include a buy vs. lease comparison just to keep your customers well informed and to ensure that you have communicated to them all of their options.  A cash buyer not shown the potential advantages of a one pay lease for example...  The internet may have offered the customer the best lease programs available on their chosen vehicle which may be different from what is shown on your write-up.  Be clear, concise and cooperative.
