Very well said Mr. Keeney! I knew there was a reason why I have such a high level of respect for you!

We see so many cases of turnover where we get new faces without fixing the internal issues, such as too little training, structure and accountability for both managers and salespeople (and other employees as well).

 

 

Avoid hiring under pressure. Recruiting salespeople is a constant activity in your dealership. Prospecting is an equal task for management (salespersons) and salesforce (customers).
