I wonder what most dealers and managers feelings are on Data Base mailings. What type offer do you give? How often do you do it? What are your typical results? Do you feel it is important to be constantly in the face of your customers so you do not lose to competition for the next purchase? Do you use for service? Have you neglected it in favor of e-mail blasting because that is basically free? Myself personally and Dealer World have our own feelings on it, but as any good company should, we care about your feelings and this is a great forum for us to get valuable thoughts from the brightest and the best "ELITE" dealers in the industry. I am hopeful that this discussion will help us become a better company and understand the dealer body better.
