Internet Sales Manager
I am entirely accountable for all that is “online.” I manage the inventory, take all photos, create and publish all Internet Marketing Devices, assign and follow-up with all Internet Customers and Prospects, and delegate other Internet related tasks to sales people and Vendors. I am also directly responsible for our websites Search Engine Optimization, and engine rankings on Google, and other Search Engines. I also monitor and adjust daily our 170 listings on the autotrader.com. I make certain that each of our vehicles is placed in the number one position when a prospect is sorting their search by price, lowest to highest.
• Spearheaded implementation of a S.E.O. enhanced Craigslist marketing campaign which has increased our online presence by well over 75% in one month.
• Strategically restructured our online listing and marketing procedures and policies to achieve greater phone and floor traffic to the Dealership.
• Initiated a “Challenged credit” marketing campaign on Craigslist which has garnered the Dealer an additional 12 to 15 deals per month.

Established the Used Car Internet Department for the 3rd largest Ford Dealership in the world. I also set up the Dealership’s eBay account, and was successful in selling between 8 and 13 used and hi-line new cars per month, with a gross average over $3500 front per copy. I also listed each used vehicle as it arrived, photographed it, listed and priced it. I also handled between 70 and 100 “special finance” leads per month with a net of 6 to 10 deals.


• In 2007 I sold and delivered on eBay, 13 Shelby GT500 Mustangs for a front end gross average of over $13,000.00.
• I had the highest used car gross average in the Dealership.
• I had the highest new car gross in the dealership.
• Was ranked number one in the country for used vehicle on line gross out of the 1200 eBiz autos dealer network.

Hi Julie,
I have 8 years of BDC management experience. I ran the BDC for the worlds largest Chevy retailer in Las Vegas with a team of 8. Before they closed thier doors the GSM had trained me to run the store in his absence. Previous to that I was a BDC manager at a large automall in Phoenix.
I am currently the BDC and Internet Manager for a small automall in NC and am seeking other employment. I have worked in large stores, small stores, started up BDCs and internet departments. Higher Gear CRM is my specialty but I am a quick learner on any new program.

The BDC , Internet- has been for over 12 years and currently is my specialty.
My Training , experience and conversion is strong.Seo plus web experienece present.
Won the #1 of the 5 Star Awards for the past month plus best practices this among all Brands in AN and love what I do!
I started several Internet & BDC departments and trained many employees.
ADP,Compass, Grapvine ,dealertrack -applications knowledge strong
Willing to learn new program and am a quick study.
Due to 80% of our business converts through the Internet and Web- phone I am the right arm of my current GM.
Strong believer in the BDC / Internet business.

My Local Dealership closed their Doors due to a flood ( 3 years ago)and the owner trained me to run the store and left me with the responsibility when he was out of town.
My comute since is about 100 miles a day and I would like to shorten it.
Due to a high performance level Company does not like to transfer within AN
