I learned that Vin Solutions is so far ahead of the competition it's scary!
I confirmed that when it comes to Online Marketing for Dealers....not all Firms are created equal!
You're right Mitchell they have some really good stuff going, you did'nt get to see it all either. Great meeting you there.

I missed the Conference. Can someone tell me what was so impressive about Vin Solutions and what exciting products are they offering and how do they stand out in the crowd?

Thanks
Me Too!

Our new VinLens product that combines our CRM and website together is a game changer for automotive e-commerce. Here are some basics about it.

Thanks Mitchell. It was great having you at our dealer advisory board. We debated internally if our current customers would love our new custom dashboards or VinLens more. I think both combined is causing euphoria :-)

We keep coming up with more and more things VinLens can do. Today we figured out how to potentially tell on your phone and walk-in leads if those customers had been on your website before and what the original referral was of that website visit. So we could potentially credit AutoTrader, Cars.com, craigslist, a search engine or other sites for that phone or walk-in lead. We keep finding more uses for this technology. It is amazing.

I opted out of DD9 due to schedule conflicts. BUT.... I signed with VinSolutions just last week. Here's why. It's as close to a Silver Bullet as your gonna find. The CRM is solid. Their website philosophy and approach to integrating with the CRM is cutting edge. Inventory Mgmnt combined with their VinCamera and Market Pricing tool...again cutting edge! And as far as VinLens is concerned what can I say...Until now, we all made educated guesses primarily through sourcing our customers to determine and understand customer behavior. Even then it was more of a "Analog" picture. VinLens is customer behavior in HD if not 3D. We should go live the first of the year and plan to update the community weekly as to how Vin handles this transition for our stores. Stay tuned!
Could not have said that better nice summery jeff

Just looking at the Vin Solutions website, it seems like innovation is finally making it's way back into retail auto industry. This is great news for all solution providers.
I like VinLens more. I mean I like the Dashboards more. Wait is it the Dashboardss or VinLens? I'm so confused. I know! It's Vin Solutions as a whole! Everything I learned this past week in Vegas has proven what I have always said. Vin Solutions is changing the game! The best part is that I learned that no matter how many improvements and upgrades you make to the system you won't rest on your laurels. I can tell that Vin Solutions, and you personally, love the innovation and the thrill of discovery and will never rest. There will always be "the next project". I wouldn't be surprised if this time next year we're talking about VinLens 7! I love being along for the ride!

Dilemma was Reynolds dms dealer, bit on Arkona/Dealertrack switch year ago.
Our contract with rey/rey crm is 24 mos from maturity, we have suffered complete
Disconnect.  We have Internet dept with 6 highquality
Salespeople averaging 70-90 units monthly from their dept
In negotiations with DealerSocket which seems to be Arkona crm of choice
Requires us to eat rey rey contract. We are happy with website provider
Ideas comments????
