Vsc reimbursment gaurentee?

Is anybody using one of these plans that reimburse a customer the vsc premium if they didnt use it? We are looking at a couple different programs. It seems like an easy way to sell service contracts. It could be a headache later though.

Yes it will be. Use only ONE thing (it may only be a rental for the day) and customer gets only pro rata

We used a company several years ago that offered that plan (UCC). The big headache down the road was that they WENT OUT OF BUSINESS! That was a night mare for us. lol
