We are preparing for the GRAND OPENING of the all new Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and we are currently looking for an experienced Automotive BDC Sales Manager! We are looking for qualified applicants to head our BDC/Internet Sales Department and are offering competitive pay and full benefits. Previous Automotive BDC/Internet Sales experience IS required! Qualified applicants must be proven leaders with strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to conduct business via telephone and internet.

Responsibilities:

Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them

Establish recommended sales and profit objectives

Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals

Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

Attend managers' meetings and training as requested

Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales

Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals

Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all Internet sales employees

Supervise the efforts of Internet salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership

Monitor and analyze Internet salespeople's performances

Assist Internet salespeople closing deals

Communicate with Internet salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed

Maintain a timely owner follow-up system
