We are a Santa Barbara / Santa Maria area dealership looking for experienced Automotive Sales Managers with an interest in becoming a General Sales Managers, overseeing two dealerships!  We are looking for high energy individuals with previous Automotive Sales Management experience. Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees

Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership

Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople closing deals

Communicate with sales managers / salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives for the department

Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

Attend and conduct sales meetings and training on a daily basis

Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales

Interact with all Sales Managers to realize customer satisfaction goals
