Lead Handling Tool

I need a recommendation of a quality lead handling tool with automated email sending. Any ideas? I'm currently using Cobalt's LMCC

Hey Mike I would suggest you look at Dealer Peak's ILM a great tool so far 3 months in and the guy's there are really great to work with. Call me if you have question's. Good luck there are a lot of them out there and most work well. I know I still need my pic to be uploaded.

Try checking out Response Logic. We have paired it up with our Customer Management Database (Autobase) works out very well. Respnse Logic will do Automated Response with multiple cars for a customer to choose. For example, if the customer is interested in a 2011 Camry LE they will get a quote on a base, LE, and XLE as well as a Certified Used Camry that is closest to their original inquiry.

The best Lead Management tool I've ever used, and I've been on the eCommerce side of the Automobile business for 13 years, is Vin Solutions. There is nothing this system can't do. Processes are fully customizable and can be changed in minutes. There is no better solution out there and I have used everything from Autobase, LMCC, Higher Gear, Advent and more. Thanks for the great recommendation for ResponseLogix. I just wanted to correct the website you listed. www.responselogix.com ends in an "x", not a "c." Glad that you are satisfied with our digital response management products.
