A Series of Questions. Your responses would be much appreciated. We are trying to define inventory management problems

I will only post one question a day. A simple yes or no answer will do but your thoughts and or comments would be appreciated.

Question #1

Have you ever been the victim of theft of a vehicle from your lot?

Question #2

Have you ever had a dead battery in one of your units?

Question#3

Have you ever been unable to quickly locate a unit on your lot?

Question#4

Have you lost a Prospect, a Demo or Write-up opportunity or even a Sale because of a dead battery or not being able to quickly find a vehicle on your
lot?

#1- Yes, in fact, we recently had all of the keys for all of our pre-owned cars stolen. We ramped up our security since then.

#2- Yes, everyday. The only logical solution for that is to have every vehicle in the inventory run at least weekly, if not more.
