"their mission statement is to sell cars, have happy customers, and happy employee's. What is really GREAT is the fact that NOT one of these has TOP PREFERENCE! All have equal weight!! Take care of our customers, take care of your employee's and the car sells will take care of themselves.
The sales staff (salespeople, sales managers and finance managers) follow a clear and concise "road to the sale" (sales process) on each and every deal. This greatly minimizes the confusion that many salespeople have when selling a car to today's more savvy consumer.
You know you work for a GREAT Dealership when.
You cant wait to get to work, It's Both Rewarding and Fun

When all Managers meet daily to discuss Situations and Opportunitys freely and openly without Reservation or Selfishness

When everyone who makes eye contact within 10 feet say Hello both to Employees and Clients

When you can speak to Upper Management with out fear or reservation

When everyone takes control of a situation or opportunity and follows it through

When Recognition for a job well done is given out openly and promptly and counseling for improvement is done descretly not in public

When you tell everyone you come in contact with what a great place it is to work at and do business with.

When Morale is as High as Customer CSI

youre only as good as the people you surround yourself with!:)

When there is no negativity. No stinking thinking. Where there are true professionals. Where there is a high reprat and referral based business. Where people are responsible for themselves and not rely on other people's talents to only improve their lives and not the lives of those that got them there. Where there is no "behind the scenes" talking going on. When promises are made and KEPT. Ahhhh, I know many dealerships that used to be that way. Show me one today where the staff, and I mean the staff have been together for more than 10 years. Where everyone worked together. What Bobby, and I apologise for this, is saying is really a standard and not a place that makes a great place to work. These are results and not the reasons. We all talk the talk. (We really do) but other than individual effort, where is there a dealer that has it all.

When you proudly say "I work for _______________ dealership". And you mean it.
