Has anyone ever watched this low quality film with an incredible message? It is called Flywheel and depicts the struggle of a Used Car Salesman who considers himself to be a Christian.

Jay Austin wants to sell used cars in the worst way ... and that's exactly how he does business at his dealership. Promising much more than he can ever deliver, he'll do whatever it takes to sell a car. His manipulative ways permeate all of his relationships—even his wife and son know they can't trust him.
But as Jay works on restoring a classic convertible, he begins to see that God is working on restoring him as well. Coming face-to-face with the reality of how he truly conducts himself, Jay Austin begins the ride of his life as he commits to honoring God with his business, his relationships, and his life!

AWESOME movie - very touching and inspiring. Yes, it brought up a few tears also. After the first 10 minutes, you get past the 'low budget' feel of the movie and you get into the story. I own the movie and on separate sections in the DVD it shows how they made the movie using lots of lights and pvc tubes for dolly tracks that they bought from Home Depot. The group, Sherwood, that created it has a very interesting story as they are a ministry out of a church in Georgia.
Be sure to check out some of their other movies - Facing the Giants and Fireproof (their latest movie had a higher budget). I recommend them ALL. Just be ready to be humbled and your heart touched.

I have watched it a couple of times now and have gotten past the poor quality of the film-making....It was a labor of God's love on a small budget! Our God is a loving God and definitely has His own plan! Christianity belongs in the Automotive World as it belongs in every industry. You know, God gave us 10 commandments through Moses... Then many years later, when society was still rebelling, Jesus came along and wrapped them into 2 Laws of God's love. The Second, Love your neighbor as you love yourself, is where we default. If we could weave that piece into our everyday living, watch out... I cannot even begin to imagine what would happen!!!!

Thanks for this recomendation Nancy. I ordered it as soon as I read your post and watched it immediately. Not too many movies about Christianity / Business. It was wonderful. Made me laugh and also brought some tears. (more tears than lafter) but that's good for us guys! Right?

Wow! First time I heard somebody actually ordered it due to my recommendation. I had a couple of copies and passed them around...Like a motivational, spiritual awakening book..meant to be shared! Glad you enjoyed it and I think, personally, it takes a real man to shed tears and tell about it later!

Have you seen Champions of Faith? It does focus on the Roman Catholic religion but centered around major league baseball...quite cool! Thanks for the reply!
