Thr trainer must be trained first!

But who's going to train the trainer? Where did the trainer get his training. Was the trainer qualified to train the trainee. (just trying to be humorous). We update our classes constantly so they are up to date, fresh and relevant. More importantly we use them ourselves internally and have the blessing of Toyota, Premier Auto, JD Byrider and many more.

Planned training is an education.  Unplanned training is PUNISHMENT!

Classic!

Nothing like 2 hour class/meeting with an unprepaired teacher.

If your sales managers adhere to a sales process, no matter what the sales process you train, your sales people will.  It's that simple!
The trainer is never trained, the trainer is always training.  There is no such thing as "trained" it is a continuous journey.

Training; Sharing best practices using a scalable delivery system integrated into existing processes so that they become a habit and then monitoring results to discover new best practices -- and the cycle begins again.
Sales training is a great way to motivate your sales staff and reiterate the selling basics. Sales training should be done every 3-4 months with a motivational trainer.

dont underestimate some roll playing with massive reps..certainly concur with ongoing and real time but perfect practice

Training is an ongoing coaching process that is best taught with interaction and in real time scenario environments.

It's one thing to tell and another to show! B.C.
Bring in innovative training that touches base on the basics. Do this in a motivational way that reaches people.
