You are a person that has NEVER sold cars before,how would I entice you to get into the car business and work at my dealership? What key words would get you to answer an ad? What would then convince you to actually make the career move?

Whereas viable pay plans and perks are essential, as is ongoing training, it's important that you offer OPPORTUNITY and CHALLANGE.  These must be realistic and attainable and offer the prospective recruit the chance to excell and achieve. After all, to some degree, it's still about the brass ring
