Combination looks to revamp and increase traffic to DealerClassified.com in order to better serve the automotive sector.

Los Angeles, CA – January. 4, 2010 - AUTOMAX MARKETING COMPANY LLC dba AutoMax Recruiting and Training announced today that it has agreed to acquire DealerClassified.com, the leading automotive career website for an undisclosed amount.

The coalition will increase advertising revenue resulting in larger numbers of automotive employers seeking to leverage the niche sites 25,000 qualified automotive candidates and their resumes in order to staff their dealerships in the upcoming New Year.

According to the Herald and the Associated Press auto sales should be on the upswing this year as a result of increased sales in recent months, which should spark a hiring trend within the industry. “We’re starting to see people showing an inclination to go back into the dealerships, to go back into the malls,” said Jim Bunnell, general manager of General Motors Co.’s U.S. sales operations. “It’s not going to happen overnight, but we think as we roll through 2011, we’re going to see a nice, gradual improvement and recovering in the automotive sector.” The acquisition combines the largest and fastest growing online job board DealerClassified.com with AUTOMAX Recruiting and Training the largest resource of it’s kind for the auto industry. “It’s a win win proposition for all.
