When you have a list a mile long, why, only question I have is what did you do to change it.? A open policy is what every dealer needs. Talk to your owners, your sales managers stop talking to each other, work it out there are no bad dealers we make it bad . Think about it . what have you done to change it?

Proper ongoing automotive sales training can motivate as it means salespeople are continually sharpening their skills

First deal you bring to the desk, and manager tells you. (hold on I got to finish watching this facebook video) sadly It happens every day!
