I learned early in life you can do anything for one year. My dealership gave me videos on each of the models we sold and some Joe Verde training videos. Walking the lot to learn the preowned vehicles and through certification tests. I also spent ample amount of time on the information highway. I'm a good listening and that helps because every buyer is different!. Listening to their wants, needs and desires I know which way to approach the situation.

back in the good old days training consisted of following Buba and allowing Bubba to get half of your commission

I had this crazy guy who pushed buttons in me and made me beleive in myself like no other man I've ever met. My first car job I was fired from and the one guy who beleived in me got me my job back and trained me. With in my first month of working for him I was the top salesman and made over 10,000. I never made that kind of money in my life I came to America from Greece not knowing anybody and barely speaking English. Since then I have held most postitions in high volume dealership and this guy sent me to finance school and forever I am grateful. I have owned my own dealership and now a partner with the man who trained me in vipautoslive. My trainer is and was this crazy guy Bobby Compton he is a heart of gold and one of the best in the business.

I like this website already and can see that there are the best like it says there is on here.
