Keith,

ACC has been around for a long time they buy very different than any other lender there percentages on advances is like CAC and one thing i like about there funding process is they require all stips up front eliminating any re-stipping or funding delays after they receive the funding package.

my suggestion is to look at there programs and see if there advances will work for your current inventory as having the right iventory to match your lenders programs is key!

Agree with Bill H. 100%. For enhancing customer integrity, have customer initial the Income, Length of Employment, and Residence duration ON the credit application and be familiar with the standard protocol of STIPS (develop an internal checklist of ACC stips 'at the store') required to receive from the customer AT time of delivery. It always assists if customer is arriving via appointment to request the prior. Our Auto Group has utilized ACC for decades but the security in timely funding is derived via prior as Bill's protocol.
Keith,

I have heard good things about them and they have a foreclosure program that would get me very excited. They buy deep and one of things I really like is that relationships still matter with them. The art of rehashing has not been lost on them. I have been at this since well before scorecards became the way to do business and really miss the days of being able to go to bat for your customers.

Funding is always the key to doing business in sub prime. How many sub prime deals a month do you do? Is it more than 30? If so, you should consider hiring a funding clerk to verify all your deals before they go to funding. Also, fax stips ahead to your buyer to review if you have any questions. Buyers have more power to sign off on things before they reach funding.
I used acc years ago. You need cash down customers and just the right cars with fees. So good if you can get money down and cars and funding is normally a few days.
