Only three automotive companies made the Fortune's Best Places to Work this year. Congratulations to JM Family Enterprises, Mercendes Benz USA and CarMax but how can more dealerships and companies in the automotive market be considered "a great place to work".

A good place to work is when one is happy to work there, a great place to work is when one want's to work there.
Consistently a Positive environment, smooth work flow driven by proven process, and leaders who show appreciation for their employees is a great start....
