activEngage - 2010 - Present. Eric has taken on the new opportunity and challange as the North American Director of Sales for activEgage, inc. In this new position, Eric plans on helping take the company to new sales levels through hard work, great strategy and Excellence in Execution.

IZMOCARS - 2004- July 2010. Having started at izmocars in 2004 during its initial growth stage, Eric has been instramental in the companies sales success. Was the first Account Executive to reach $1 Million in sales and achieved this during the first year. Was promoted to Regional Director for the East in 2006. Region consistently achieved 110% of quota and delivered 73% of the companies sales revenue. Promoted to North American Director of Sales in 2009. Worked directly with the VP of Sales to drive revenue, develope new territories and Account Executives, develope sales process, engage Target Account Selling, implement a solutions selling model, and support and promote the entire sales team.

Sloane Automotive Group - 1996 - 2004
In 1996 Eric started a small department dedicated to helping online customers purchase cars. Over the next 9 years Eric and the group developed one of the most respected internet and eCommerce initiatives in the United States with 27 salespeople and manager located across a group of 8 large dealerships. Utilizing both technology as well as the right people the group was able to achieve an unprecedented 11% closing ratio at the time and recognized 25% of all sales being developed through their online initiative. Eric was responsible for creating all of the Sales Process, Online Marketing Initiatives, Partnership Relationships and Vendor Relationships. Worked close in hand with Toyota and AOL on new initiatives, including one of the first working BDC's in 1998. Was involved with AOL on the development of the new AOL Autos Channel in 1999.
