My personal blueprint for success is based upon knowledge, ability to establish strategic direction and skill in establishing effective communications throughout dealership organizational structure. I have demonstrated these skills throughout my career by implementing enhanced internal procedures and staff development techniques. My aggressive and energetic approach to developing new business, coupled with my desire to succeed within the industry and dedication to customer satisfaction have resulted in the achievement of all goals at each of my dealership associations. As the type of individual who thrives on, and can rise to the challenges of any new opportunity, I am always eager to utilize and share my skills.
