What do you think the best way is or how to find the best of the best when it comes to training to qualify as a canadate? Should there be rules? Some people are good and some people think there are good. So how do we find the best that all have a chance ? Some unknown that does an excellent job but is not a national trainer or have a big company would have a chance as well. What is your answer to this question?

Firstly, I think DE should categorize trainers specialties, allowing a trainer to enter into what he feels is his strength!
Secondly, Run a questions and answer scenario among those that participate, and let the questions be suggested by the masses who are not participating, but by those who are legitimately seeking solutions and answers.
Thirdly, to post all questions and answers at the end, allowing the Masses to vote and judge for them selves, on who's capable of contributing what.
Although this is still an advantage for some participants, as the answers will be known by some others, because the answers have been well promoted and already public information! I have 100% complete confidence that some new solutions will be discovered - Regardless!
Last but least, who ever the winner is, gets the opportunity to buy the other participants Pizza and everybody should then collaborate as to why they answer the way they do!
A little friendly competition and the opportunity for New Blood to be discovered!
