How do you measure your current ROI on advertsing? In other words, can you give me a specific number of leads that came in from your website, newspaper, cars.com, auto trader, Craigslist etc...that converted into actual closed deals. Or, I pose this question to you. Can you give me a specific number of people that looked at your inventory off hours or from Sat. night from 7:00 pm moving through all day Sunday? And, if so, again....how many of those people (unknown prospects) did you actually sell a vehicle to? I know you don't have an answer or a specific number; that's why I posed these questions. Now that you are armed with this knowledge are you going to let this go? Or, are you going to do the right thing to help your dealership by calling or emailing me?
