Hello Members-
I thought we could start the discussion off with a topic that is essential to all of us. Where do you go to find quality sales associates? Do you use a training company? Do you advertise online? Do you pay for referrals?
What source do you think is the best outlet for finding quality sales people? Let the group know what you have used that has been successful.

Joe,
I think you will find Indeed to be the largest of all the job boards. In addition almost all job postings end up on Indeed after they have sat on other job boards. They also have a free resume free search option. I think you will find Indeed is the best bang for the buck too.
As most are aware hiring issues go far beyond knowing where to post jobs but I will digress since that wasn't your question. I think you will find Indeed is your best bang for the buck. As a sales staffing company I use other resource that are not nearly as effective as they only tend to work well in passive recruiting which is not recommended for in-house recruiting due to the industry fall-out. These would included social media and direct-call into other dealerships which is a common practice among the best known company bands in America including automotive manufacturers. Again, they use third-party agency to do the recruiting to mask their name.
I hope this brings to the discussion table some different view points.
