Chip King spent his career in automotive retailing from 1977 to 2006. Holding every position in variable operations, including General Manager and Dealer Principal, Chip has had a special focus on the “customer experience” throughout. CallRevu was born in 2006 to manage the biggest profit leak in automotive retail: the phone.
After selling the majority of CallRevu in 2017, Chip moved quickly from the sidelines to consultation, and recently joined with his former C.O.O., Tony Gomez, in growing a new project called ZipDeal. Chip and Tony remain focused on the automotive customer's journey and automotive dealer's profitability.
