How did you specifically hear about DealerELITE? If referred, who?
Other Internet Managers
Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?
19 years in Automobile industry from sales to General Manager. Ran my own leasing company for a few years as well. Got out and owned a delivery company which I sold in 2004. I returned to the Automobile industry and immediately saw that the internet was the place to be so I started to read and now voila I am a Director of Internet. Of course everything I learned yesterday is obsolete today.
AJ, I do use Auto Reveue and find them to be very helpful. We get good tracking numbers from each campaign, they are designed thoughtfully and the customer service we get from Matt, our rep, is top notch.
Hi AJ, thanks for the add. I love VinSolutions! My previous store brought it on when I was there and I think its fabulous! I have a strong background in CRM and have used quite a few. My dealership just brought on DealerSocket right before I joined them but I find Vin blows it away. Let me know if you'd like to chat about it. V
Yes!!! I love my chat company. I have 9 stores in my group and we are all on it and very pleased with the results. The backside of the system is even better than the consumer side. I have the ability to Google Map anyone on my site and see when competitors are on my sites and what they are looking at... none of them can figure out how I know. ;)
Been with them over 2 years.
I noticed you are using your Chrysler Digital Site as your main page. We just bought CJD a little over a year ago and although I LOVE Dealer.com I have had serious struggles with Chrysler Digital's version of their sites. How long have you been using it?
Yeah, I only lasted about 45 days with the shift site and said F'it. I still have that site but keep my VIN sites as my main ones. I got to frustrated with Chrysler Digital trying to tell me what products and processes I had to use. My stores run 65- 70% of overall sales are internet and the things I needed to do what we do I couldnt have. Best of luck to them... they approached me shortly after telling them I had no interest in their site and the politics of it all and asked if I would consider going on an advisory board. LOL. I entertained it for awhile and politely declined.
I agree. Patrick Workman with DDC is one of my favorite people and he did everything he could to help me get things done but they just wouldn't allow it. They take advantage of the fact that we are forced (for the most part) to have the shift site and don't listen at all. It's been an eye opening experience with CJD. We had LM before and have always had Mazda at this location and Mazda is SO far ahead of the curve online compared to CJD. I love the brand but it's been a bit of a headache learning how to work around a lot of their standards in order to find success.
We are in the same situation with Mazda having within 50 miles of us. It creates a blood bath and a constant need to stay WAY ahead of the curve. I got lucky and met some great people from corporate and developed a strong relationship with them and it helps A LOT!
