As Director of Variable Operations for over 200 retail new vehicle dealerships that sell every major manufacturer I think I would add value to the conversation. Having expertise in automotive eCommerce, phone sales, customer showroom and sales desk experience might provide useful insight for some of your members. Then there's the whole learning and development side. Currently on the forefront of using technology within automotive retail to leverage the considerable talent within the organization to help everyone get better at what they do. Speaking of technology, very involved in bringing technology into the showroom to make it easier for the customer to buy a vehcile and easier for our sales team to sell a vehcile. Of course I am also concerned about why I should spend any time on your sight. I don't know too much about it other than being reccomended by someone I respect greatly. Why should I consider joining dealerELITE? The famous "what's in it for me?"
