Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: I am a dedicated phone training coach with over twenty-five years of customer service and communications experience. I conduct one-on-one phone training sessions with sales professionals in the automotive industry, discuss techniques to drive customers into the dealership and teach them a script to use as a guideline on their phone calls. In addition, my position consists of listening to recorded customer calls and interjecting coaching comments to help improve their phone skills and increase appointment rates. The experience of listening to and coaching thousands of calls throughout the years has allowed me to learn a great deal about the automotive industry. I have had a lot of success in the past and find it rewarding to teach someone our proven strategies at Phone Ninjas and sharpen their phone skills!
