I was talking to one of my long standing clients last week and asked him what the brightest burning fire was at his dealership.



Without hesitation he replied, “Service absorption.”

This is so true. The Advisors need to be trained on how to make appointments. Not just give out information and let the customer keep shopping. The aftermarket is trained to turn that phone call into and appointment.
