Over the last 14 year my experiences include, phone sales training, Internet and BDC department implementation and training, as well as automotive human resources consulting. I have written a workbook (80 pages) titled Finders Keepers, "How to find and keep the best automotive sales and customer service professionals" after seeing the huge need for a simple "how to" plan for automotive management to follow.
