    If you pay a bouns for sales people pay on the increase only. That way if the dealership doesn't make it the sales people doesn't make it. As a Gm I took a 90 day average and added two each month to qualify for each sales preson.. I had bonuses for the managers as well. Increase in total sales new and used. They had to keep the average gorss or improve to qualify. Feed the big fish because they eat the little ones. This way every body has a chance to win and gets increases in sales and profits on a regular basis.
